About Integro

Alan Veal established Integro in Victoria and has built it into one of Australia's best recognised leadership and management development consultancies.

Alan's passion is leadership. He not only helps clients develop their leadership skills, he also develops his own by pushing his personal limits and learning from others in high risk challenging environments. He has a strong sales and marketing background, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, with a degree in biochemistry and a post graduate degree in marketing. Consulting with senior executives is Alan's major role, helping their companies become more competitive by providing strong leadership, teamwork and change management skills. Credibility comes from practising leadership and personal development, not just talking about it. Alan uses adventure travel to stretch his personal limitations by climbing and trekking in Nepal, two expeditions to Antarctica and scaling Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa with his son.
